Open to musicians of all levels and instruments, the session offers a practical method for strengthening rhythmic awareness, harmonic understanding, and instrumental fluency.

Through hands-on exercises, participants will explore ways to combine harmonic structures, odd meters, and polyrhythmic ideas within a focused daily practice. The exercises are designed to build confidence, deepen musical understanding, and help players develop a more personal and sustainable approach to practicing jazz.
