THE JAZZSCHOOL COMMUNITY MUSIC SCHOOL ANNOUNCES APRIL CONCERTS & PUBLIC PROGRAMS
April Concerts & Public Programs at the Jazzschool
March 25, 2026
Spring is in full swing at the Jazzschool, and April brings an exciting month of concerts, workshops, jam sessions, and free community programs.
The centerpiece of the month is PianoLove, a five-concert festival celebrating the remarkable breadth of jazz piano in the Bay Area. Throughout April, Jazzschool faculty, alumni, students, and distinguished guest artists explore everything from original compositions and beloved standards to adventurous improvisation and tributes to jazz legends Herbie Hancock and Thelonious Monk.
Alongside PianoLove, the Jazzschool continues its popular free public programs, including Brown Bag Jazz Hangs, The B3 Sessions, Youth Jazz Jam, the return of the Jazz Jam at Jupiter, and the monthly Vocal Open Mic.
