The Jazzschool Concert Preparation program presents an afternoon of songs by composer Irving Berlin, performed by four talented vocalists. Berlin’s career spanned over 60 years; he was the composer of an estimated 1500 songs, including 19 Broadway shows and 18 Hollywood films. His enormous catalog of hit songs includes Blue Skies, Puttin’ On the Ritz, Heatwave, Cheek to Cheek, Be Careful It’s My Heart, Change Partners, How Deep Is the Ocean, and Let’s Face the Music. All four vocalists are well known to Jazzschool audiences as exciting solo performers — come join them for their group debut!
